How it works

1.  Call us at 1-800-333-9813 with your preferred dates, or fill out the easy form below.
2.  Come for a weekend (or a 3-night mid-week break.)
3.  Rent a condo (maximum of 4 people) between May 1st and September 1st.
4.  Pay for your accommodations at the time of booking.
5.  Buy your home or condo from RMR, and choose any of the following options at closing time:

  Have the total accommodation cost for the weekend or mid-week break (excluding the cleaning fee) reimbursed to you in full!
Arrange another weekend or mid-week break so you can come again to sign loan documents and wait for close of Escrow.

Give a free mini-vacation to friends so they can help you move! (Also perfect for the in-laws!)
